How Others Treat You...

Think about it... Often times we take the negative things others say or do to heart. We may even believe what they say or we may think to ourselves “what have I done?” But if you take a step back you’ll see that their words or behavior has nothing to do with you. It doesn’t reflect who you are as a person, it reflects who THEY are. Be so confident in your self that you know the difference.

This also goes both ways! Be aware of how you may treat people during times of stress or hardship. It’s amazing what you’ll start to recognize
