Mini Slumber Package

- 45 Minute Phone Consultation to discuss methods, routines, feeding as it relates to sleep, naps, bedtime, etc.

- Customized Sleep Plan aligned with your child's temperament and your parenting style

Sweet Dreams Package
- 1-hour phone consultation to discuss methods, routines, feeding as it relates to sleep, sleep environment, naps, bedtime, etc.
- Customized sleep plan aligned with your child's temperament and your parenting style
- Email/voxer support for 4 days. Emails/voxer will consist of a morning email sharing previous Day & night sleep recap. I will respond with feedback and help get you on track for the upcoming day/night.

 


Peaceful Nights Package
- 1-hour phone consultation to discuss methods, routines, feeding as it relates to sleep, sleep environment, naps, bedtime, etc.
- Customized sleep plan aligned with your child's temperament and your parenting style
- Daily Email/voxer support for 2 weeks with a shared digital sleep log via google docs.
Emails/voxer will consist of a morning email sharing previous Day & night sleep recap. I will respond with feedback and help get you on track for the upcoming day/night.
- 2 phone calls (20 min each) to use anytime within the 2 weeks from starting together to answer specific questions you have.
