Hi! I’m Lindsey — Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Yoga Instructor, and Mom. I’m here to help moms stress less, sleep more, and feel like themselves again.
Through my work, I’ve seen firsthand that when moms feel supported, rested, and confident, everything in the family flows better. That’s why I focus on helping moms manage stress, avoid burnout, set healthy boundaries, and get the sleep they (and their little ones!) truly need.
Supporting moms is my passion—it lights me up to see families find peace, balance, and empowerment while creating healthy sleep foundations for their babies.
