This is what I see often with my clients. They have negative thoughts & feelings that they want to get rid of. FAST. We as humans HATE being uncomfortable. But what if we practiced sitting with those thoughts & the feelings that come from them? What if we allowed ourselves to be uncomfortable for a little bit & address why those thoughts are there? What if we allowed ourselves to just cry it out? It’s okay to have negative feelings & thoughts. It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to not be perfect. It’s okay to be HUMAN. And the only way to fully get your thoughts on a leash, is to challenge WHY they are there. Explore the icky parts of yourself. Allow yourself to FEEL it all & work through it.
